This website (tovameals.com) is operated by Nexus Ventures, a company registered in Belgium ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the processing described on this page. Contact: hello@tovameals.com.
This policy covers the tovameals.com marketing website only. If you create a Tova account in the app, the app presents its own privacy notice covering account, family-profile and meal-planning data at signup.
If you sign up for the free recipe pack, we collect the email address you enter and the page you signed up from. We use it to send you the recipe pack and occasional Tova recipes and meal-planning tips. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form and can withdraw at any time — every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, or you can email us. We keep your address until you unsubscribe. Form submissions are stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, acting as our processor. We never sell or share your email address.
Beyond that, this website has no account system. Our hosting provider (Netlify, which serves this site) processes standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — as technically necessary to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website for this processing; logs are kept only briefly.
This website sets no cookies — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. That's why there is no cookie banner. The recipe-pack form works without cookies too.
All fonts, images and code on this site are served from our own domain. Your browser makes no requests to third-party services when you visit.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tovameals.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit) or your local supervisory authority.
If we ever add features to this website that change what data is processed — a newsletter form, for example — we will update this policy first and note the change here.
